Refund policy

At this time we do not accept returns for any product unless defective.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tundra-designs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products and engravings are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
